Machine software replacement
Your machine works. Its software doesn't.
We modernize machine interfaces and integrate them with company systems. We start by inspecting the existing software, controller and accessible connections such as UART, RS232, RS485 or MDB. This establishes what can be retained and which new functions are feasible.
Describe your machineWhat we do
Same machine. Software that is genuinely reliable and easy to use.
Protocol decoding
We inspect what actually travels over the wire rather than relying on missing documentation — verifying exact controller commands and responses byte by byte.
UART, RS232, RS485 & MDB
Direct serial connections to your existing machine controller, wired correctly and hardened against real-world machine noise and edge cases.
New interface
A clean, fully localised interface designed for your operators and customers — Android, Linux, or web — completely replacing the factory application.
Remote visibility
Status, telemetry, and activity accessible remotely in the cloud — without standing in front of the machine to diagnose it.
Typical projects
The challenges machine operators and owners usually bring to us.
- 01Replacing a locked factory touch panel with a clean, fully translated interface (same hardware underneath)
- 02Decoding an undocumented UART, RS232, RS485 or MDB serial protocol on an imported machine
- 03Rebuilding an unstable factory Windows or Android app into a fast, modern system
- 04Adding remote telemetry and cloud fleet monitoring to a machine that previously required physical site visits
Work we've shipped
Two case studies where this work shipped to production.
Product Dispensing Machine
The original interface was completely unreadable for the warehouse staff — entirely foreign and designed with zero regard for UX. Instead of streamlining the dispensing of tools and warehouse products, it caused queues. Replacing the machine wasn't an option because the hardware worked perfectly.

The operator could only check machines on site. There was no remote visibility into stock levels, errors, or dispense activity — problems were typically discovered only after customers complained.
