Do you replace machine electronics or motors?
We aim to retain the original electronics and mechanical parts. We verify accessible ports, supported controller commands and application replacement options for each model before agreeing on the work.
How does the machine confirm a product actually dropped?
If the device exposes a dispense sensor signal, we can use it for verification. Jam handling and any payment adjustments are designed around the capabilities of the controller and payment terminal.
Can the vending machine operate offline?
Offline operation depends on the device and workflow, including payment requirements. We can design local event buffering and synchronization after reconnection. The supported offline scope is agreed during analysis.
