How do machines communicate with the cloud dashboard?
Typically via an internal 4G/LTE modem with a telemetry SIM, or over local Wi-Fi / Ethernet. Communications use encrypted HTTPS / WSS connections.
Can telemetry be added to mixed fleets from different manufacturers?
We assess unified reporting for each model by checking data access, controller protocols and software constraints. A serial port alone does not determine the available integration scope.
Can the telemetry dashboard sync with our current ERP?
Yes. We provide open REST APIs and webhooks, allowing inventory and sales data to feed automatically into your accounting or warehouse systems.
